Founding Designer
Location: London / Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation : £85k-95k + Generous Equity package
We're seeking a Founding Designer to lead all design efforts and establish our design foundation. This is a unique opportunity to be the first design hire and shape both our product experience and visual identity
You'll work directly with the founding team to translate complex financial and climate concepts into intuitive, beautiful user experiences.
AI Engineer
Location: London / Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation : £85k-95k + Generous Equity package
An AI Engineer builds applications that leverage large language models (LLMs) and other foundation models, creating user-facing products and features by integrating these models into software applications.
This role sits between traditional software engineering and ML engineering, typically closer to software engineering but with specialised AI knowledge.
Data Scientist
Location: London / Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation : £70-80k + Generous Equity package
We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our growing data team. In this role, you will work on both our core products, focusing on data visualisation, statistical analysis, and developing insights for our clients.
You'll collaborate closely with our Founding Data Scientist and AI Engineer to implement analytical solutions that enhance our financial products while growing your skills in advanced analytics and machine learning.
Head of Growth

We're seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead our go-to-market efforts and scale adoption across both sides of our marketplace. This is a unique opportunity to be the first marketing hire and shape how we connect hardware innovators with institutional capital.
You'll work directly with the CEO to build trust in novel financial infrastructure and drive growth across our offerings.
